Refund policy

According to article L.l21-20 of the French Consumer Code, all consumers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods.



We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from KACTUS. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund or exchange.

Return conditions:

• Returned items must be in perfect condition, with their original labels attached and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.
• Items on sale or promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns process

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

1.    Contact us at letstalk@kactus-klothing.com to inform us of your return.

2.    Send the parcel to the following address KACTUS, 341 Rte de Saint Jean de Bournay 38440 Villeneuve de Marc FRANCE

3.    Once we have received the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt and process the refund.

4.    Refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item.



Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time taken to receive your exchanged product may vary.
